About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to create and lead a team at our new store! This opportunity will see you leading and coaching a dedicated team of customer facing sales, trade and industrial specialists and managing the overall performance and operations of the branch.  If you are a motivated leader with a passion for excellence we want to hear from you!

As a successful Branch Manager, you will:

  • Lead, develop and coordinate a team of sales and operational specialists to reach their full potential
  • Ensure financial management, compliance and operational standards are met
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve budgeted sales targets and margins
  • Provide high levels of genuine service by creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Foster a culture of safety first. Our Branch Managers prioritise safety, ensuring that we go home the way in which we arrived at work

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets, leading, and motivating teams, and forming/maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Strong leadership experience in store/branch operations within auto electrical, industrial, and mining highly desirable
  • Solid business management experience with the ability to think strategically and make decisions to improve business performance
  • Be passionate about providing genuine service and be an advocate for our brand
  • Excellent communication skills including demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve issues
  • Sound computer skills
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
