Supporting the Veteran Community
Our BRAVE Business Resource Group helps veteran teammates transition to civilian life and teaches nonveterans about the diversity and skills of their military teammates. BRAVE is active in the community and participates in several veteran-related activities annually, including flag folding events, wreath placing, collection drives for troops and more.
After I returned from an unplanned year-long deployment, I was grateful for the built-in transition period where management ensured I was caught up on changes that happened while I was out. I was given time to catch up with my coworkers, ensuring a much smoother reintegration to my team.
