Position Purpose

Under limited supervision, the Vendor Management Office (VMO) Senior Analyst will join a global team responsible for Technology procurement and contract lifecycle management (CLM) process for AAG, Alliance Automotive Group.This individual will implement new processes and drive vendor rationalization efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement and contract management process aligned with global Vendor Management Office (VMO) policies.

• Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key strategic technology vendors.

•Design and execute effective contract negotiation strategies that support the goals of the technology organization.

•Engage in negotiations across a diverse range of contracts, including software, hardware, labor, and security agreements.

•Collaborate closely with the Global Vendor Management Office to support the implementation and ongoing enhancements of DocuSign CLM.

• Oversee the full contract lifecycle for technology-related agreements, ensuring timely renewal tracking and generating reports using DocuSign CLM.

•Conduct market research and benchmarking activities to provide data-driven insights for cost-benefit analyses.

•Lead Quarterly Business Review meetings with strategic vendors to assess performance and foster continuous improvement.

• Perform additional duties as required.  

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in Technology Procurement or Vendor Management.

•Solid understanding of the technology landscape, including key enterprise partners, capabilities, and resources.

• Familiarity with complex contracts, licensing terms, and related terminology.

•Proven success in developing and executing procurement processes, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong negotiation skills demonstrated by achieving cost savings and delivering value.

•Self-driven and motivated to work independently, while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.

•Passionate about fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

•Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience with DocuSign CLM, e-Signature tools, or similar contract management systems is highly preferred.
