Job Description:

  • Duties include inspection, diagnoses, repair, and replacement of general parts and accessories for cars and light trucks
  • Perform fluid exchanges, general inspections and maintenance, brake inspection, battery, and electronics work
  • Perform a variety of other duties: replacing wiper blade band bulbs, performing test drives
  • Focus on building customer relationships and their current and future needs.
  • Communicate vehicle problems and proposed solutions to customers and/or supervisors.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment.
  • will be issued an iPad tablet for digital inspection
  • 5-day work week and every other weekend with a day off during the week.

  • work on all makes and models, including EVs and hybrids.

Job Requirements: 

  • Conduct extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers’ problems and provide accurate repair recommendations
  • Perform all aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. Tasks include computer diagnostic procedures, engine repair, cooling system repair, emissions system repair
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair by attending schooling and seminars
  • Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives
  • Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records
  • Perform all aspects of automotive maintenance and repair. Tasks include computer diagnostic procedures, engine repair, cooling system repair, emissions system repair
  • Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
  • Able to create estimates and advise customers of repairs/maintenance needed

Qualifications:

  • Automotive repair experience in a professional shop environment is preferred 6 years full-time minimum
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Follow company procedures and protocol
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
