We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job correctly, shows up ready to work, and understands that accurate loading and inventory handling directly impact our stores and customers.
Primary Responsibilities
· Receive, unload, sort, stock, and organize incoming merchandise.
· Pick and stage parts and products for store transfers and deliveries.

· Verify quantities, part numbers, and destinations before merchandise leaves the warehouse.
· Help prevent lost, damaged, or incorrectly routed merchandise.
· Assist with checking incoming and outgoing freight.
· Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
· Maintain accurate inventory locations and organization.
· Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
· Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise and report discrepancies immediately.

· Break down boxes, remove trash, and maintain work areas throughout the shift.
· Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
· Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, drivers, store employees, and management.
· Assist other team members when workload demands it.
· Perform additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be someone who:
· Shows up on time and ready to work.
· Can work independently without constant supervision.
· Pays close attention to part numbers, quantities, invoices, and store destinations.
· Understands the importance of accuracy and accountability.
· Works with urgency without sacrificing safety or accuracy.
· Takes care of company merchandise and equipment.
· Communicates problems instead of ignoring them.
· Can follow established procedures consistently.
· Is willing to help the team wherever needed.
· Takes pride in keeping their work area clean and organized.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Previous warehouse, distribution, automotive parts, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience is preferred but not required.
· Automotive or heavy-duty parts knowledge is a plus.
· Basic computer and inventory-system skills are helpful.
· Ability to read and accurately match part numbers, quantities, labels, and store numbers.
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to work.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
