Warehouse Associate: 

Join Our Team

This fast-paced, hands-on position helps keep our warehouse, stores, and delivery operation running efficiently. The right person is organized, safety-conscious, physically capable, and willing to work as part of a team.

Accurate loading and inventory handling directly affect our stores and customers. We need someone who shows up ready to work and takes pride in doing the job correctly.

Primary Responsibilities

  •  Receive, unload, sort, check, stock, and organize incoming merchandise.
  •  Pick and stage parts and products for store transfers, customer orders, and deliveries.
  •  Load delivery and shuttle vehicles by route and destination; verify part numbers, quantities, and destinations before departure.
  •  Check incoming and outgoing freight and immediately report damaged, missing, excess, or incorrect merchandise.
  •  Maintain accurate shelf locations and return merchandise to the correct location.
  •  Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, inventory research, and discrepancy correction.
  •  Protect merchandise from loss and damage; keep staged orders clearly identified and separated.
  •  Keep aisles, exits, loading areas, and workstations clean, organized, and safe.
  •  Break down boxes, remove trash, and perform store or warehouse recovery throughout the shift.
  •  Communicate clearly with warehouse staff, drivers, store teams, and management.
  •  Assist with other warehouse, delivery, and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  •  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  •  Warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, automotive parts, or material-handling experience preferred but not required.
  •  Ability to read and accurately match part numbers, quantities, labels, invoices, routes, and store numbers.
  •  Basic computer and inventory-system skills helpful.
  •  Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to work.
