Summary:
As a Service Advisor with Pleasant Car Care, you will be working alongside our General Managing Partner and The Owner Operator. You are the first person that our customers see every time they walk into our facility to make an investment in their vehicle. You are also the person that our customers think of first when they have an issue with their vehicle; therefore, you play an important role in building relationships with our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet every customer enthusiastically with a smile.
· Answer customer phone calls with concept proven presentations and a “get the car across the curb” mentality.
· Maintain a positive attitude, positive communications and a strong team atmosphere.
· Listen carefully to every customer.
· Touch every car you are responsible for
· Build estimates.
· Ensure target margins are achieved on each work order.
· Present the best solution to properly repair our customer's vehicle utilizing proven
concept presentations, passion and intensity.
· Perform with total integrity.
· Meet and exceed expectations.
· As a management team member assist with daily physical opening of store prior to
standard work hours or earlier as workload demands, and closing of store after standard
hours or later as workload demands.
· Assist with daily accounting closing
and balancing procedures utilizing proven concept
policies and procedures.
· Act in a professional manner suitable as the representative of the quality organization
with which you are employed, always and in every instance projecting character qualities of honesty and integrity.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Experience in automotive customer service and service sales.
Qualifications
· Current driver’s licenses.
· Driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
· No felony convictions.
