Management de l’équipe VCC
- Participer aux recrutements, intégrer et évaluer les collaborateurs.
- Accompagner le développement de leurs compétences.
- Assurer la gestion administrative (absences, formation…)
- Planifier les ressources de l’équipe en fonction du cahier des charges clients et des flux quotidiens d’appels, optimiser les conditions de travail.
- Réaliser l’animation quotidienne du call center
- Garant de l’évolution du chiffre d’affaires et des efforts VCC (nombre d’appel, QOS, Panier moyen, nombre d’appels….)
Pilotage de l’activité l’équipe VCC
- Doit suivre et animer les objectifs collectifs et individuels
- Responsable et garant de la réalisation des objectifs
- Responsable et garant de l’animation des challenges
- Organiser et superviser le travail de l’équipe
- Faire appliquer les process spécifiques définis et outils à utiliser défini par la société
- Mettre en œuvre les orientations commerciales selon les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs
- Garantir la qualité du service aux clients et leur satisfaction
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance : chiffre d’affaires, respect des process…
- Suivre les indicateurs de productivité du traitement des appels : taux de prise d’appels, de délai de réponse, de temps d’attente, d’abandons, de transformation…
- Analyser les résultats de l’activité du call center et met en place les actions correctrices
- Informer régulièrement le Directeur de Secteur et le Directeur Commercial de Région des performances du Call Center et des problématiques clients
