MRO Storeroom Associate – 3rd shift

As an MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) Storeroom Associate, you’ll play an essential role in supporting Maintenance and manufacturing teams within a large-scale production facility.
In this hands-on position, you’ll manage materials, inventory, and storeroom operations to ensure the right parts and supplies are available when they’re needed. Your work will help minimize downtime, maintain efficient plant operations, and keep production moving safely and reliably.
This is a 100% on-site position working 3rd shift.

· Work primarily Nights with occasional coverage required during afternoon, and/or weekends.
What You’ll Do
· Fulfill requests for MRO parts, supplies, and other indirect materials.
· Serve as the primary walk-up customer contact for material and inventory needs.
· Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to stock, transport, and deliver materials throughout the manufacturing facility.
· Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and research to identify and resolve discrepancies.
· Locate and issue materials using SAP and other internal systems.
· Maintain accurate inventory and material records in SAP and related systems.
· Receive, inspect, verify, and properly process incoming shipments.
· Establish new stock locations both physically within the storeroom and within inventory management systems.
· Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient storeroom and work environment.
· Follow all company procedures, GMP standards, OSHA regulations, and applicable customer safety requirements.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management software; SAP experience preferred.
· Experience in inventory control, manufacturing, MRO, warehousing, or a related environment.
· Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with MRO materials, parts, and components.
· Ability to move materials weighing up to 100 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs.
· Valid driver's license.
· Previous experience working as a retail overnight stocker, MET associate or warehouse associate a plus.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
