Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Control Panel Builder to join our team. In this role, you will assemble, wire, and test industrial electrical control panels in our state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled facility.

What You'll Do

As an Electrical Control Panel Builder II, you will:

  • Build electrical control panels and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • Mount electrical components and hardware within control panels.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical terminations.
  • Cut, strip, crimp, label, and terminate wires and cables.
  • Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will be able to:

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
  • Use hand tools and electrical assembly tools safely and effectively.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical components and wiring practices.
  • Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Maintain attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are a plus:

  • Previous experience building industrial electrical control panels.
  • Familiarity with UL standards and applicable electrical codes.
  • Experience with wire labeling systems and cable management best practices.
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
