Title: General Office Clerk

Position Mission: The mission of this role is to protect and improve the company’s cash flow by ensuring all invoices are accurate, payments are collected promptly, and transactions are properly matched and reconciled. The Accounts Receivable & Billing Coordinator plays a key role in keeping accounts current, minimizing risk, and maintaining financial control across daily operations.  This position requires ownership, organization, and consistent follow-up to ensure nothing falls behind or goes uncollected.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates all store reports and ensures they are correct and timely.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Follow up on outstanding balances and past-due accounts
• Maintain accurate AR aging reports
• Work closely with customers to ensure timely payment
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
• Match credit card transactions to invoices and receipts
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and vendors
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
• Other duties as assigned by the company owners

Experience, Education, and Abilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or similar role 
• Strong PC literacy – Quicbooks,  Excel, Microsoft Office 
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed-oriented with strong organization skills.
