Travel and Card Services Specialist - Global Industrial

Summary Job Description

Responsible for the administration of travel services, electronic expense services, corporate credit card services and merchant processing.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

Shared responsibility for:

• Administration of employee travel coordination
• Maintaining accurate travel records in the travel booking tool
• Maintaining accurate pricing in travel booking tool
• Meeting and keeping relationships with travel vendors
• General customer service for all active employees

• Administration of electronic expense reporting system
• Processing of incoming request for reimbursements
• Audit of any expense report when applicable
• Keeping data integrity though security
• General reporting of travel expense
• Providing general customer service

• Administration of Company Issued Credit Card
• Setting up new accounts in bank system
• Closing accounts upon request
• Account reconciliations
• Reporting
• Maintaining and auditing late payments and charges
• General customer service

• Administration of Merchant Processing
• Setting up MID/TID numbers for new terminals
• Coordination of shipping new terminals to stores
• Coordinating with managers to move terminals to different locations
• General customer service

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Peoplesoft, Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Concur Expense is a plus
• General knowledge of Travel booking sites
• Case Management system knowledge is a plus
• Basic accounting skills
• Strong time management skills
• Proficient problem solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong work ethic
