SUMMARY:
Under limited supervision, the Senior Operations Support position represents the company by providing support for the company operating systems and business systems. Additionally, this role helps to drive operational improvement by creating a bridge between more than 500 branch locations and the numerous corporate departments.
JOB DUTIES
- Utilizes knowledge of the company’s business to effectively conduct research as needed for special projects.
- Manages data requests, analyzes results and presents findings to leadership.
- Travels to branches to assist in training processes and systems as needed.
- Assists with the design, testing, and implementation of new systems.
- Tracks, monitors, and guides progress of projects and action items to ensure they remain on course.
- Assists field management with training and support activities related to all areas of branch operations.
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with employees throughout the organization through open and interactive communication.
- Provides leadership and mentoring to the broader administrative team in a way that that drives excellence, team efficiency and a close community relationship.
- Prepares regular reports, summaries, presentations, and miscellaneous administrative functions as needed.
- May act as a lead to lower-level employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Information Systems, Communications, or related field and five (5) or more years of experience or an equivalent combination
