Dispatcher
The purpose of a Dispatcher is to respond to a company’s emergency or non-emergency calls for help and information. Their duties include monitoring routes, updating call logs, and recording call information. We are looking for a dispatcher for our towing/roadside assistance company.
We are looking for someone that is:
- Motivated
- Good at multi-tasking
- The importance of prioritizing and organization
- Understands the importance of professionalism both on the phone and inside of a company
- Has the ability to work as a team in high pressure situations
- Has strong written and oral communication skills
- Can create and build relationships with customers and drivers
- Has a flexible schedule
