Service Technician

Motion's Service Technicians provide the highest levels of mechanical service and product repair to meet the needs of our customers. Whether repairing process or hydraulic pumps and cylinders or mechanical gear boxes, we cater to the needs of our customers to keep their industry in motion. Responsibilities
- Tear down and inspect mechanical gearboxes and hydraulics as well as process pumps
- Ability to accurately measure and document findings
- Use repair experience to ensure quality
Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical repair a plus
- Experience in hydraulic repair including cylinder and pump related work
- Process pump experience a plus
- Fabrication skills and some electrical knowledge preferred
- Experience in running balancing equipment
- Ability to be versatile and assist within the shop as needed
- High mechanical intelligence and machinist experience is a plus
- Repair Shop and Field Service experience a plus
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Willing to work in a team oriented environment
