Job Description
Hydraulic Supply Company (HSC), a division of Motion Industries, is seeking a Repair and Service Administrator to get hands on and provide quality customer service and support at a key branch in the Repair and Service business segment of HSC. This is an opportunity for a motivated and talented candidate to grow with a great team and a very successful company.
Responsibilities:
• Support branch by providing first class customer service to local market
• Maintain job workflow and service order processes
• Stage jobs for technicians and communicate with technicians for job needs
• Source components and initiate purchase orders as needed
• Assist in servicing customers through familiarity and knowledge of components and processes
• Troubleshoot customer problems and provide creative solutions
• Receive products and help maintain inventory
• Assist team in overall maintenance of the branch
• Participate in making sure all safety guidelines are followed
• Maintain key relationships with customers
• Ensure customer service and value -add is a focal point of every interaction
Position Requirements:
• HS Diploma/GED preferred
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and be hands on
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Mechanical/technical inclination a plus
• Basic hydraulic knowledge a plus
• Epicor P21 experience a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
