Job Description

Motion Industries is seeking a candidate with strong analytical and communication skills to support and administer special pricing programs facilitated by our suppliers. These strategic programs target procurement opportunities created by a competitive market and vary in scope and complexity. As a Supplier Sales Support Specialist, your role will be to support operational aspects of these programs with primary responsibilities focused on claim reconciliation, setup and documentation, troubleshooting, problem solving, and training.   •  Establish, maintain, and support all activities regarding special pricing programs
  •  Direct and coordinate branch offices, management, and suppliers with inquiries for existing programs and the implementation of new ones
  •  Resolve discrepancies related to claims through analysis and correspondence with suppliers and internal personnel
  •  Effectively navigate Motion's operating system to troubleshoot issues
  • Develop and present training materials through webcast and classroom settings


  •  Must possess an expert knowledge of Excel strong command of Word and PowerPoint 
  • Strong math and analytics for calculating, establishing, assigning, and layering programs
  • Articulate in all forms of communication and proficient with conducting presentations
  • Strong organizational skills for archiving correspondence, tracking, and maintaining agreements 
  • Excellent follow through skills self-starter with steady resolve to deliver the difference 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and consistently meet deadlines 
  • Must discern and manage sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner 
  • Self-motivated professional who acts with integrity, optimism, and dedication 
  • Desire to spend the day at a desk and on a computer 
  • Working knowledge of Motion's operating system is preferred
  • Skill set and experience with data analytics is a plus 
  • Managerial experience is preferred 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industrial supply chain experience
