Job Description

Summary

Daily activities will consist of supporting team members who provide world class customer service to vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

·Facilitates financial and sales tax audit requests for AP and AR

·Updates narratives annually

·Works with escheatment activity, as needed

·Collects performance data and shares with team mates monthly

·Monitors SLA in both Compliance and Cash Management teams

·Facilitates monthly team meetings and weekly meetings with our BPO

·Works with 3rd party vendors to onboard AP autofeed opportunities

·Understands intercompany to assist with acquisitions and workbenches

·Reviews several reports monthly like aged interface errors, bank account reconciliations, unpaid AP, credit balances, and compliance audits to address discrepancies found by team members

·Serves as a back for PS and JDE voucher maintenance

·Completes training new team members, as needed

·Reviews timecards and time off requests for team members

·Approves AR wire transfers daily

·Collaborates with other departments to ensure month end deadlines are met for AP and AR

·Sends AR month end notifications and data

·Ensures customer weekly and monthly AR statements are distributed by working with IT and our 3rd party vendor

·Is a resource for ROA inquiries

·Assists with annual 1099 deadlines if needed

·Additional tasks as determined by Compliance Management

Experience

·Strong communicator and motivator

·Above average resolution skills

·Excellent customer service skills

·Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail

·Self-starter, able to work in fast paced environment

·Strong work ethic and self-motivation skills

·Team attitude

·Ability to work on multiple assignments with competing priorities

·Strong PC/Excel knowledge

·Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable knowledge, preferred but not required

·W9 and 1099 reporting knowledge, preferred but not required

Education

·Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

·Sit, Stand, Walk and Stoop for a prolonged period

·Talk, Hear, and use hands to finger and handle controls and office equipment

·Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
