Job Description

NAPA IBS Office Clerk

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a customer service-focused clerical role to support all office management, purchasing and accounting functions at one of our Integrated Business Solutions operations in Denver, CO. NAPA Integrated Business Solutions, a division of NAPA Auto Parts, provides onsite inventory and supply chain services dedicated to specific large fleets and the Office Clerk will assist the Site Manager by supporting all day-to-day administrative functions of the sourcing office. We are so much more than a Parts Store and we are looking for even more great talent to join our NAPA family!

What you will be doing:

  • Process supplier purchase orders utilizing NAPA’s order management system
  • Reconcile credit card charges daily and monthly
  • Request missing invoices from vendors
  • Reconcile and pay monthly vendor statements
  • Organize and file paperwork daily and monthly
  • Ensure tax status is updated with vendors
  • Assist with updating vendor information in NAPA’s inventory system

What you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong general computer skills.
  • Love of fast-paced environments.
  • Detailed organization and follow-up.

Bonus Skills (not required):

  • Background and/or passion for the automotive industry or heavy equipment
  • Experience with accounting and purchasing processes
  • Knowledge of cataloging AND/OR inventory management systems.
