Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Sr Software Developer performs basic problem resolution analysis and corrections, develops new software based on approved design documents, and corrects system problems.
You must be eligible to work in the US without a Visa Sponsorship
JOB DUTIES
• Develops software applications based on approved design.
• Performs basic problem resolution analysis and corrections.
• Corrects system problems as directed by manager.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time and according to specifications.
• Uses standard coding techniques to ensure application performance meets requirements.
• Works as part of a team for most projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least seven (7) years of experience or an equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
• Strong knowledge of database design, programming languages and coding techniques.
• Typically requires experience with structured application development and change control
methodologies.
• Typically requires experience with object oriented analysis and design.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position may require working the evening shift (5pm to 2am) and will vary based on certain times of the year to support a new client.
