Summary Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator role is part of the Recruiting and Onboarding Operations team within HR Shared Services. As a recruiting coordinator, your work will impact our recruiting and position management objections as we will rely on your ability and creativity to support recruiting operations at GPC. The recruiting coordinator will be responsible for overall job requisition maintenance and position management and will routinely perform tasks ranging from job requisition approval and maintenance to ensuring candidates have a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities
- Offer administrative support to our Field and Corporate Recruiters as they work to attract top talent
- Liaison with the field management team and recruiting team on a regular basis, proactively identifying vacant positions
- Review, approve and post job requisitions in Workday, which includes recruiter assignment.
- Perform audits to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain job requisitions and position data in Workday
- Manage requisition refreshes to ensure visibility on job boards
- Assist with managing requisitions for the recruiting team during hiring events and for seasonal events
- Disposition candidates
- In partnership with the talent acquisition team, engages talent community and supports creation of text and email campaigns
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of demonstrated ability as a recruiting coordinator or HR coordinator.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with Workday or any other applicant tracking system is a huge plus.
