Job Description
The Manager of Treasury Services is responsible for supporting the Company’s Treasury initiatives.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Assist in the Implementation of the Company's cash pooling arrangement in Ireland.
- Experience with Kyriba or other Treasury Management System
- Experience with PeopleSoft or other ERP
- Foreign Currency knowledge and use of derivatives
- Experience using a Bloomberg terminal
- Collaboratively engage across multiple business functional groups including Operations, Finance, and Tax to facilitate cash pooling and cash forecasting
- Benefit Plan Experience (defined benefit and defined contribution)
- Know Your Customer (KYC) assistance
- Assist the Company in continuing to consolidate bank accounts on a global basis
- Assist the Company in strengthening fraud controls with our banking partners
- Maintain and build ongoing relationships with external consultants and advisors to ensure the organization maintains best in class standards
- Assistance with tax planning and global treasury initiatives
- Serve as additional administrator to Company’s banking sites
- Serve as a primary contact for shared service centers
- Support the Treasury team with working capital solutions
- Assist with Treasury policies
- Ad hoc treasury research, as requested
- Other duties as assigned
This role in the Company will play a critical role in maintaining the Company’s liquidity on a global basis. This is a unique opportunity with an extraordinary Fortune 200 company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 to 7 years of experience within banking and/or multinational public company environment
- CPA or CTP preferred, but not necessary
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and economic related concepts
- Strong MS Office and PeopleSoft knowledge preferred
- Effective written communication and time management skills
- Pragmatic based approach to maintaining multiple work streams across numerous partners/contractors in a collaborative team‐based environment
- Experience with internal controls within a US registered public company environment
