Job Description
Job Summary
The Analyst, HR Strategic Projects will help implement and manage project management and analytics best practices focused on strategic HR projects and initiatives. The role will provide analytic support to HR leaders by supplying timely, accurate, and data-backed insights.
The role will be working directly with the VP, HR Strategy and Operations on projects related to HR service delivery, transformation, benchmarking, global alignment, and HR special projects. The role will work closely with HR points of contacts throughout each business unit to help achieve shared success.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and maintenance of new or existing project related reports, dashboards, and visual tracking tools to provide real-time data to senior leaders
- Utilized project management process to provide insight into project status for all key stakeholders
- Performs analyses of historical data to identify trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. Validates analytical techniques employed by other analysts and sources
- Stay in-tune with human capital and talent trends, technology, and resources. Provide summaries of emerging trends and market factors impacting strategic objectives
- Translates insights into tangible, actionable solutions for stakeholders to implement
- With an agile and growth mindset, assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of reporting for changing organizational needs
- Maintain and support a variety of reports utilizing various data sources
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business, Analytics, or relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of human resources or related work experience, with demonstrated success in HR data analysis and reporting
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and abilities
- Experience working in a fast-pasted customer-centric organization
- Experienced using project management best practices, tools, and resources to deliver projects and programs on time and within budget
- Experience utilizing data to identify trends and summarize key insights
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience using data visualization tools, and HR Information systems
- Data driven and detail-oriented; self-driven, motivated, and proactive
- Agile learner who thrives in a rapidly evolving work environment
