Our Customer Service Representatives (Inside Sales) professionally represent the Company to our customers with the knowledge and skills to provide them the product or service they need. This position supports our Apache division and will be located out of our Cedar Rapids IA work location.
We currently have a rewarding Customer Service Supervisor opportunity available. This position directly supervises and maintains positive employee relations for department employees in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsible for team alignment to achieve goals with feedback on results; work planning, assignment and/or direction; coaching for expected behavior and performance; first round issue/conflict/complaint investigation and resolution/action; performance management including rewarding, coaching, and disciplining employees and assessment/appraisals; skill assessment and cross training plans; timekeeping review/approval, leave scheduling and attendance monitoring. Employees become eligible for a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a 401(k) Savings Plan after 60 days of employment.
