Quality Assurance Production PM
Quality checks orders after Value-Added portion of the orders has been completed. Removes product from Value-Added Departments by utilizing manual pallet-jacks.
Must maintain acceptable attendance record in accordance with company policy.
Ability to work with others in a team environment.
Accesses WMS to verify work order status and other information as required.
Verify number of items produced vs work order..
May be required to utilize a rolling safety ladder to access product at higher locations.
Pulls customer orders from Value-Added departments and delivers to Order Processing.
Pulls stock orders from Value-Added departments and delivers to Order Processing.
Assist fellow employees in maintaining a neat, clean, organized and safe workplace.
Understand and conforms to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Operates electric rider pallet jack.
Additional Responsibilities Safely operates necessary equipment and remains fully alert of forklifts and forklift danger.
Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.
General knowledge of warehouse procedures.
Ability to walk great distances during duration of shift.
Knowledge of WMS system, requires previous computer experience.
Ability to utilize RF (Radio Frequency) equipment.
Ability to process orders with an acceptable quality rate (low rate of errors). Ability to lift 60 lbs and pull a pallet jack with large quantities of inventory. Must have a positive attitude. Ability to work quickly and independently without supervision.
